FAQS

What yarn do you use? Unless otherwise stated, all garments are made with acrylic yarn for more durability. Allie O's washcloths & coasters use high quality, super absorbent cotton to allow for machine washing, and our plushies are made with Velvet and Chenille yarns to make them EXTRA cuddly and soft  

How do I care for my crochet pieces? The best advice is to wash in cold water on gentle/delicate cycle and either tumble dry with no heat, or lay flat to dry. All washcloths are made with cotton yarn and may be machine washed. Do not wash the plushies as they will fall apart in the wash. Spot wash only. Care instructions will be included with every order. 

How long will it take my order to ship? Ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 weeks, and custom orders will ship in 2-3 weeks to allow time for them to be made. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

Do you ship internationally? As of May 2025, I am unable to ship anywhere but the United States (including Puerto Rico). We are hoping to change this ASAP, but please understand this may take some time. 

Do you sell patterns? No, I purchase patterns and sell the items I make from those patterns. Per copyright agreements, the pattern is usually linked in the product description. 

Do you take custom orders? Yes!! I will soon be opening a custom order request portal for guests to order whatever their heart desires, but for now, look at the "Customs" tab to see what I'm offering.  


                                                  Policies

Refunds and Exchanges are offered on an extremely limited basis. Refunds will only be offered for quality related issues such as holes, tears, stains, seller sending the incorrect size, etc. Handmade items are, well - handmade and as such, may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Refunds will not be offered for cosmetic issues not affecting the quality of your order. Size exchanges will only be offered in the rare event that an alternate, correct size is available. Buyer will pay shipping to return the incorrect item and any price difference between the two garments if one exists. 

Please double check your address. I will ship to the address you provided, and cannot correct it once I have shipped the order, no exceptions. If you discover you entered your address incorrectly, message me ASAP so that I can change it before shipping.
